A full refund within 48 hours of buying a pass, no questions asked.

Within 48 hours: a full refund
If you change your mind within 48 hours of buying a pass, you get your money back in full. Sign in, open your account page and press “Refund my pass”; the pass ends at once. You can also email admin@capitalroles.com within the same 48 hours from the address on your account.
After 48 hours
After 48 hours passes are not refundable.
Passes never renew
Every pass is a one-time charge. It never renews and we do not store your card, so you will never be charged again unless you buy another pass yourself.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank can take a few business days to show the refund on your statement.
