Career coaching for bankers going for a specific role at a specific bank: three one-hour sessions over two weeks, and a fourth held for your interview, any time within 60 days. Applications are scored, interviewed, and taken in as spots open.
What it costs

The four sessions
- Strategy (day 1–2): Where you are, where you are going, and the shortest credible route between the two: target roles, target banks, and what each will want to see.
- Materials (day 5–7): Your résumé and LinkedIn rewritten for the roles you are going for, in the language hiring managers at banks use.
- Mock interview (day 10–14): A full interview for the target role, then a line-by-line debrief.
- Interview prep (any time within 60 days): Booked before a real interview: the bank, the panel, the questions, your answers.
A term holds its spot until the third session, about day 14. The interview prep session does not hold a spot and lapses at day 60.
How it works
- Apply: ten short questions, no résumé yet.
- Applications reviewed weekly. New clients start as spots open. You hear back by email either way.
- Approved applicants book a free 20-minute interview.
- After the interview, you hear back by email either way. If you are accepted, your offer arrives with the price and a payment link that stays open for a week. Paying takes the spot. If the week runs out, the offer passes to the next applicant, and you are welcome to apply again.
- Paid: your term page opens with the pre-work form and the session booking link.
No job or interview is guaranteed. Full refund before session 1, none after.
